She’s no standup gal.
A woman fainted in a California courtroom the moment she was found guilty in a murder-for-hire plot against her husband, new footage shows.
Diana Lovejoy, 45, of Carlsbad, went limp and flopped over face-first Monday as a jury convicted her of recruiting an ex-Marine to kill her ex-husband amid a messy custody battle.
The lawyer and a court officer grabbed Lovejoy before she could fall over completely, the footage shows.
The judge halted the proceedings, and reconvened half an hour later to continue with the verdict for the assassin — and without Lovejoy in the room, Fox 5 reports.
Weldon McDavid Jr., 50, was also found guilty of attempted murder for shooting and injuring Lovejoy’s ex, Greg Mulvihill, in 2014.
Prosecutors say the former Marine marksman lured his mark outside with the promise of dirt on Lovejoy, but was actually waiting in the bushes with a gun, Fox 5 reports.
McDavid, who was Lovejoy’s shooting instructor, said the woman told him that Mulvihill was molesting their young son and she wanted him to stop.
Lovejoy faces 25 years to life in prison and McDavid faces 50 years to life. They’ll both be sentenced next month.
